Job Overview Seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in IT sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of converting inbound and outbound leads into successful outcomes, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. With at least two years of experience in IT sales, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and closing deals to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert prospects through effective sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs to offer tailored IT solutions. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by closing deals and expanding the client base. Market Research: Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitors for strategic planning. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales with a strong ability to convert inbound and outbound leads. Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and relationship management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to market trends and business demands.
