Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (IT Sales Preferred)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000/month + Lucrative Incentives

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) who can independently handle the entire sales cycle — from the first client conversation to final payment and deal closure.

At Qlith Innovation, we provide web and app development, CRM/LMS solutions, and industry-focused training programs. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, nurturing leads, closing deals, and managing client relations throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, cold calls, or outreach
  • Pitch Qlith’s IT services and solutions to potential clients (web apps, mobile apps, CRM/LMS, training services)
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) and understand project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and demo walkthroughs
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection
  • Maintain excellent client relationships until the project is fully delivered and closed
  • Handle basic client queries, provide status updates, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Update CRM and prepare sales reports on a weekly basis
  • Work towards monthly revenue targets and contribute to business expansion

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in IT or service-based sales
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of software solutions like websites, mobile apps, CRMs, LMS, etc.
  • Confidence to handle the full sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Excel, and email for communication
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
  • Willingness to attend client meetings or field visits as required
