About The Opportunity

Operating in the dynamic Financial Services and Capital Markets sector in India, this on-site role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to drive strategic insights and process improvements in a high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements with analytical insights, enabling transformative changes within capital market operations.Role & Responsibilities

Analyze complex business data and market trends specific to capital markets to drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting dashboards.
Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business initiatives and evaluate investment strategies.
Conduct gap analysis and process audits to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing analytical findings and recommended actions.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis with a strong focus on capital markets and financial services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and financial modeling techniques.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience with advanced analytics software and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or CFA are advantageous.
