About the role:

We are seeking a full-time Brand Designer who will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in executing high-impact creative work while supporting our brand’s growth and evolution in the global market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging and on-brand visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create compelling marketing ads, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials
  • Develop impactful presentation designs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design assets and communications
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that align with business objectives
  • Apply advanced design principles and typography expertise to create aesthetically appealing and effective visuals
  • Support brand evolution and consistency as we scale globally
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry


Essential Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing and branding environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design execution and creative problem-solving
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Experience designing for social media platforms, digital advertising, and print materials
  • Ability to create professional and engaging presentation designs
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Highly Desirable (Good to Have)

  • Experience in brand marketing strategy and campaign development
  • UI/UX design experience and understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience with company rebranding projects or brand evolution initiatives
  • Experience collaborating on website design projects (design perspective, not development)
  • Experience working in recruitment, healthcare, or tech startup environments
  • Understanding of global brand considerations and cultural sensitivity in design
