?817 LPAWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Full Stack Developer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) across popular blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, or others. You should be comfortable working across the stackfrom frontend interfaces to backend APIs and blockchain integrations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and the next generation of decentralized technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain & Smart Contract Development

  • Design, write, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
  • Ensure security, gas optimization, and testing of smart contracts using tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, and OpenZeppelin.
  • Write automated unit and integration tests for smart contracts.

DApp & Full Stack Development

  • Develop intuitive and responsive dApps with React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
  • Integrate Web3 technologies (Web3.js, Ethers.js) to connect frontend with blockchain.
  • Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs for backend services using Node.js or Python.

Deployment & Infrastructure

  • Use tools like IPFS, Pinata, or Filecoin for decentralized storage.
  • Manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for frontend, backend, and smart contracts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker) is a plus.

Security & Optimization

  • Follow best practices for secure smart contract development and auditing.
  • Optimize code for performance and cost (gas efficiency).

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with product, design, and backend teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code and APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture planning.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development.
  • Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain wallets (e.g., MetaMask).
  • Strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js.
  • Experience with tools like Hardhat, Ganache, Infura, Alchemy, etc.
  • Familiarity with IPFS, decentralized storage, and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
  • Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and tokenomics.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Solana, Near, Polkadot).
  • Knowledge of Rust or Vyper.
  • Background in cryptography or blockchain security audits.
