Roles And Responsibilities
Quadient Inspire Development & Optimization :
- Lead the development, customization, and optimization of complex applications using Quadient Inspire Designer (Advanced & Interactive) and Scaler, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues effectively, ensuring system stability and reliability.
Version Upgrades & Migrations
- Lead critical version upgrades of Quadient Inspire and manage migration projects from other CCM tools to the Quadient platform, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
API Integrations
- Implement and maintain simple API integrations to support and extend CCM functionalities, enabling data flow and system & Deployment Expertise :
- Provide expert-level guidance and hands-on support for Quadient Suite installation, configuration, and deployment across various environments (Development, QA, Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT operations, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of CCM & Performance Tuning :
- Proactively troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Quadient Inspire and optimize system performance to meet business demands.
Documentation & Best Practices
- Document best practices, technical solutions, project progress, and create comprehensive knowledge articles for support teams.
Technical Leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert for Quadient Inspire, providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of experience in the Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Quadient Inspire Designer (Advanced & Interactive), Scaler, and Dynamic Communication.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CCM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Familiarity or experience with Quadient Cloud solutions is a plus.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages relevant to Quadient integrations (e.g., XML, XSLT, basic API concepts).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective RCA and issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and guide team members.
