Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Management:Managing the end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships. Providing support to the sales team by managing customer data and following up on sales leads.
  • Sales Support:Preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations. Assisting with sales strategies and providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • Data Management:Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. Updating databases and CRM/ERP systems with relevant information.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:Liaising with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Sales Reporting:Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Office Management:Handling general administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to sales orders, customer inquiries, and other operational challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in using CRM/ERP systems, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
  • Customer Service Orientation:Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
