Job Title: Mechanical Production Engineer (Male)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Mechanical Production Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing and supervising production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the production floor, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily production activities.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and suggest improvements in machinery and processes.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams.
• Maintain records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous process improvements.
• Train and supervise production staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with design and R&D teams for process updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machine tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and production planning software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
