Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Azure Cloud Professionals to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure deployment, administration, optimization, and configuration, with a proven track record of managing complex cloud environments. You will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and optimizing Azure services, ensuring secure and efficient cloud operations. Prior experience of working with the Application Team and supporting Application deployment/management is critical. Experience in application deployment and Decv-Sec-Ops management would be a definite plus. We are hiring for both Senior Manager as well as Manager roles based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure solutions. Perform Azure administration tasks including performance tuning, optimization, configuration, and security compliance. Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are effectively implemented. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support application deployment and automation pipelines. Apply best practices for cloud security, governance, and cost optimization. Lead or contribute to Dec-Sec-Ops practices, including secure CI/CD and monitoring frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues. Document architecture, configuration, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications: For Senior Manager Role: 10+ years of total IT experience, with 7+ years in Azure cloud management. Extensive hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity management, and storage solutions. Architecting cloud-native and hybrid solutions aligned with business needs. Proven experience in Azure administration, optimization, fine-tuning, and configuration. Deep understanding of security, compliance, and cost-control mechanisms on Azure. Experience in managing large-scale, production-grade Azure environments. Experience in building DR’s and performing period DR Tests. For Manager Role: 6+ years of total IT experience, with 4–5+ years in Azure cloud administration and deployment. Solid understanding and Hands-on experience in of Azure core services, resource management, and basic DevOps workflows DevOps including building and supporting CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Azure configuration and performance tuning. Familiarity with security configurations and cost optimization in cloud environments. Academic and Language Requirements: A master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory to effectively communicate in a multinational, client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Azure-native tools for monitoring, automation, and governance (e.g., Azure Monitor, Azure Automation, Azure Policy, etc.). Experienced in provisioning Azure Services such as App Services, Integration Services, Virtual Desktop, etc. Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments. Experience with Decv-Sec-Ops or secure application deployment lifecycle. Azure certifications such as: A: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) B: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) C: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) Holding one or more Azure certifications will be considered a significant advantage and may influence role level and compensation. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently in a dynamic onsite environment. Willingness to adapt and learn emerging technologies in cloud and DevOps.
