Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Automation Frameworks : Create and maintain automated testing frameworks using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Automate Test Cases : Develop automated test scripts to cover various testing scenarios, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Test Script Maintenance : Maintain and update existing automated test scripts to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Collaborate with QA Team : Work closely with the QA team to identify testing requirements and develop automation strategies.
Integrate Automation with CI/CD : Integrate automated testing with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable seamless testing.
Troubleshoot Automation Issues : Identify and resolve issues with automated testing scripts and frameworks.
Report Automation Results : Provide detailed reports on automated

Skills & Qualification

An automation test engineer may work with tools such as Selenium, QTP, RFT, Robot, Worksoft, Appium, Cypress, and Parasoft SOA. They should possess skills in software development, project management, and timely error detection.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
Work closely with developers and QA teams to identify test cases for automation.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar test management tools.
Perform performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure best practices in automation testing.
Continuously improve automation test coverage and efficiency
