This is what is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Information Security team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu– HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • User Account and Access Management:
  • Managing user accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification.
  • Granting and revoking user access to various systems and applications.
  • Conducting access reviews and access certifications .
  • Ensuring segregation of duties to prevent conflicts of interest.
  • IAM System Administration and Maintenance:
  • Administering and maintaining Active Directory and other identity management systems.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting IAM systems and tools.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with IAM policies and industry standards .
  • Identifying and mitigating security risks related to IAM.
  • Supporting audits and regulatory compliance reviews.
  • Project and Initiative Support:
  • Participating in IAM-related projects, such as implementing new security features or integrating new systems.
  • Contributing to the development of IAM policies and procedures.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on IAM best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborating with other IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • Communicating IAM policies and procedures to users and stakeholders.
  • Providing support and training to end-users on IAM policies and procedures.
  • Advanced Skills:
  • Experience with privileged access management (PAM) tools.
  • Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA).
  • Knowledge of various identity management protocols, such as LDAP , Kerberos ,and Sailpoint.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle flows including leaver, joiner, and mover.
  • Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships.
  • 3- 5 Years of experience is required for this role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with incident/problem management processes.
  • Possess critical thinking skills.
  • Strong functional knowledge of MS Office Suite software products, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong communications skills, oral and written.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact productively with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood and actionable manner.
