Job Overview

:

We are seeking an Asst. Sales Manager to support sales efforts across the different geographies. This role is focused on lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in enterprises, consultancy firms, and staffing agencies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Head, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to develop customised solutions.
  • Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain client relationships, address concerns, and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies

Who Should Apply?

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in IT Services Sales, Offshoring, or Managed IT Services.
  • Experience working with overseas clients (UK/US markets preferred).
  • E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or IT; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, offshore support, and software solutions.
  • Experience in staffing or IT consultancy sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet sales targets.
