Job Description Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on setting up the Sales vertical. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent across different levels. Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements and hiring plans. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation processes. Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Learning & Development Identify skill gaps and propose learning solutions aligned with business goals. Design, implement, and track effectiveness of training and development programs. Coordinate with external training vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate sessions. Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic HR partner to Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams. Offer consultative support for organizational development and team-building initiatives. Maintain continuous feedback loops with hiring managers and department heads. Mobility & Office Collaboration Willingness to travel frequently across Mumbai and Pune office locations. Ensure on-ground support during key recruitment drives, onboarding, and training events. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6–8 years of HR experience with a strong recruitment foundation. Proven track record in setting up or scaling a business vertical (preferably Sales). Experience in L&D program implementation and stakeholder engagement. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
