Noida 1 8 to 12 years Full Time Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Engineer with expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server, and modern web technologies to design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable applications using .NET Core and SQL Server. Database Management: Design and maintain high-performance SQL Server databases, including query optimization and indexing. Code Review & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and APIs for better performance. Security & Compliance: Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards. Integration & Deployment: Work on system integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment strategies. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and scalability challenges. Customer Handling Required Skills & Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in software development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Strong expertise in SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and database design). Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices(preferred but not mandatory). Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular/React (preferred but not mandatory). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Excellent communication , leadership abilities and customer support.
