About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents for:
• Data entry and analysis
• High-quality video generation and editing
• Inbound and outbound call automation
• Graphics creation
• Process documentation and automation
• API integration and workflow automation
• Analyze existing business processes and design AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
• Lead project work for clients, delivering tailored AI solutions as needed
• Integrate AI automations into every facet of our business operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, platforms, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
• Document processes, provide technical guidance, and ensure ethical and compliant AI deployment
  

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents and automations across multiple platforms
• Hands-on expertise with data analysis, video generation/editing tools, call automation, graphics tools, process writing, and API integration
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, or similar) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
• Experience with project management and delivering client-facing solutions
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using AI
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ethical judgment and understanding of responsible AI practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
• Availability to work on multiple projects and integrate into all aspects of the business
