Job Overview

Architect with strong 3D visualization capabilities

This role involves active participation in design development, 3D modeling, client presentations, technical documentation, and on-site coordination. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, spatial design, and translating ideas into built reality—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  3D architectural visualizations

  (models, perspectives, walkthroughs) for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
• Collaborate with design teams to interpret concepts into compelling

  3D visual narratives

  using SketchUp and other rendering tools (Lumion/VRay/etc.)
• Produce detailed

  architectural drawings, working drawings, and coordination sets

  for execution
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure

  accurate and timely delivery

  of project components
• Support project managers and senior architects in preparing

  client presentations, submission packages

  , and internal review documents
• Visit project sites for coordination, understanding constraints, and resolving on-ground issues with relevant drawings and inputs
• Ensure all outputs are aligned with project goals, local regulations, and ADCO’s design standards

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD

  – Drafting, detailing, and working drawings

• SketchUp

  – Advanced 3D modeling and spatial design

• Rendering Tools

  – Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape (preferred, not mandatory)

• Adobe Photoshop

  – Presentation and post-production

• MS Office Suite

  – Reporting, schedules, and documentation
