The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales prospecting, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities within the architecture, construction, and interior design sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in both new and existing markets. Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients within the architecture, construction, and interior design domains. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to source and hire top-performing sales professionals. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team targets. Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to optimize performance and strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the architecture, construction, or interior design industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
