Your future duties and responsibilities:

Good To Have:
Extensive experience in troubleshooting the issues including analyzing the log files Excellent knowledge of database (PL/SQL, Oracle, DB2) Excellent Knowledge of Tomcat, Apaches, WAS, and IIS Extensive experience on Linux systems, JSON, BOT Support Resolve incidents or failures in Dynatrace / Java applications. Application and infrastructure proactive event monitoring using Client monitoring tool (level 1service)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
• Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
• Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
• Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
• Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
