Overview

We are seeking an AI-powered Tech Leader to drive innovation and efficiency across all software development projects. This role is not about building AI products, but about leveraging the latest AI tools, techniques, and best practices to accelerate and enhance every aspect of our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Use of AI Tools:

Utilize state-of-the-art AI-powered tools to streamline coding, testing, documentation, and project management. Continuously evaluate and implement new AI solutions that improve productivity and code quality.

• Deep Understanding of AI:

Possess comprehensive knowledge of how AI works, including its capabilities, limitations, and integration points within software development. Stay updated on the evolving AI landscape to ensure the team always benefits from the best available technologies.

• Client Engagement:

Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate technical solutions, and build strong relationships. Clearly articulate how AI-driven approaches can add value to their projects.

• Project Estimation & Rapid Prototyping:

Provide accurate project estimations using AI-assisted methods. Quickly develop proof-of-concept (POC) applications—often within or before the first client meeting—by harnessing AI tools for rapid prototyping.

• Team Enablement:

Mentor and guide the development team on integrating AI tools into daily workflows. Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation with new technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in AI-powered development tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, AI-driven design tools).

• Strong background in software engineering, preferably with experience in frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python/Django) technologies.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid POCs and innovative solutions using AI.

• Passion for staying ahead of technology trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
