Job Description

A rapidly expanding HR-technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to global clients across talent, workforce analytics, and process automation domains. Operating in a fast-growing market, we translate the latest research in large-language models (LLMs) into secure, production-ready products that drive measurable workforce impact.
Role & Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimise end-to-end Generative AI pipelines: data ingestion → fine-tuning → vector indexing → real-time inference.
Develop Python microservices that integrate LangChain workflows, RAG architectures, and vector search (FAISS/Weaviate) into scalable APIs.
Engineer prompt strategies, evaluation suites, and guardrails to maximise answer accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and ensure brand safety.
Deploy and monitor LLMs on AWS/Azure/GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, achieving sub-second latency and high availability.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UX teams to translate business problems into AI solutions and measurable OKRs.
Document best practices, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and MLOps automation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years software engineering with strong Python and RESTful API design.
Hands-on experience building LLM or GenAI applications using LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar.
Solid grasp of machine-learning fundamentals, transformer architectures, and vector similarity search.
Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker/K8s).
Git-centred workflow, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline creation.

Preferred

Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, multi-agent frameworks, or tool-calling orchestration.
Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Falcon) using LoRA or QLoRA.
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance within AI solutions, especially for HR data.
