  • Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping in Tally/Zoho Books; reconcile bank, AP/AR, and petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow reports for management review.
  • Manage vendor invoices, POs, and payment cycles; ensure GST & TDS compliance.
  • Run end‑to‑end payroll, including ESI, PF, PT, and statutory filings.
  • Maintain employee records, leave balances, and expense reimbursements.
  • Drive recruitment logistics: post roles, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
  • Onboard new hires (documentation, IT & asset allocation, induction).
  • Support performance review cycles and employee‑engagement initiatives.
  • Document SOPs for finance and HR workflows; identify automation opportunities.
  • Assist the Founder on special projects (e.g., investor due‑diligence, grant paperwork).
