Role Summary

Account Manager Intern


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Coordination

  • Assist in managing timelines, client deliverables, and internal trackers.
  • Participate in client/internal meetings and document action points.
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication between teams.


2. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting

  • Help prepare weekly performance reports for Meta and Google Ads.
  • Track live campaigns and highlight areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Coordinate feedback loops for creative and media performance.


3. Creative Briefing & Asset Flow

  • Draft creative briefs for static and video ads based on client objectives.
  • Liaise with the design team for on-time creative delivery.
  • Maintain creative performance logs and testing trackers.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support media buying and retention teams with campaign planning.
  • Maintain internal documents like ad calendars, client boards, and trackers.


5. Research & Learning

  • Conduct competitor research and ad audits to support campaign ideation.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and D2C marketing.

Tools You’ll Learn or Use

You’ll get hands-on experience using industry-standard tools, including:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Google Sheets & Looker Studio
  • Notion, Slack & Google Slides
  • WhatsApp API & internal communication trackers


What We Expect From You

  • Availability of 6-7

    hours/day, 6 days a week

  • Proactive communication and follow-ups with teams
  • Strong ownership of deadlines and timelines
  • Receptiveness to feedback and eagerness to improve
  • A stable internet connection and professional digital presence
