Responsibilities & Duties


  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong client relationships

    , understanding their needs and effectively communicating them to internal teams.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with clients to

    develop tailored digital marketing strategies

    that align with their business goals.
  • Campaign Oversight:

    Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns

    across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • International B2B Focus: Address the complexities of

    international B2B marketing

    , including regional trends and cultural differences.
  • Account Planning: Develop strategies to meet sales and growth targets,

    identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

  • Communication: Act as the

    primary client contact

    , addressing inquiries and ensuring expectations are met through internal coordination.
  • Project Management:

    Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects

    on time and within budget, monitoring progress and client satisfaction.
