Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms across enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot complex access issues related to ZIA/ZPA including policy conflicts, tunnel issues, and identity misconfigurations.
• Support onboarding and configuration of users and applications in ZPA for secure remote access.
• Perform deep analysis of Zscaler logs using tools like Zscaler Admin Portal, NSS feeds, Splunk, and Wireshark.
• Collaborate with internal networking and security teams to align Zscaler deployment with enterprise policies.
• Conduct regular health checks, monitoring, tuning, and maintenance of Zscaler cloud-based proxy infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler deployments, policies, and operational procedures.

Act as Level 2/3 escalation support for Zscaler-related incidents and service requests

• Basic awareness on Versa SDWAN, IPAM, Cisco ISE, Zscaler Proxy, Azure/AWS Cloud, Python, PowerShell scripting etc.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis.

• Hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA configuration, policy creation, access controls, tunnel configuration (GRE/IPSec), and browser PAC file management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL inspection, IPsec/GRE, DHCP.
• Experience with authentication and identity management integration (Azure AD, SAML, Okta).
• Familiarity with cloud-based network security architecture and concepts.
• Experience working with Aruba or Cisco networking, ClearPass, and firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto) is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle P1/P2 issues and Change Management in ITIL framework.
• Designing, deploying, and managing network and network security devices.
