Proven experience as a Scrum Master, including hands-on experience with Scrum ceremonies and practices. Strong background in .NET development and DevOps, including familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders to align project goals with business needs. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to minimize delays. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, focusing on .NET technologies and best practices. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in .NET and DevOps and share knowledge within the team. Scrum Master Role: Act as a facilitator for Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum teams to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure Scrum practices are followed consistently across all teams. Address impediments and facilitate problem-solving sessions to enhance team productivity. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Scrum Master certification required.
