Job Title: Workday Senior Functional Consultant Your
Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities · Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering: HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports · Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations/solutions. · Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements. · Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions. · Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems. · Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements. · Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations. · Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features. · Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Qualifications ·
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field. · Workday Pro Certifications · 8+ years of experience as a Workday Sr Functional Consultant. · Strong understanding of multiple Workday modules: HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support. Preferred Skills · Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. · Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations. · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. · Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Pay: ₹818,525.21 - ₹1,915,367.25 per year
