The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new IT clients, building strong business relationships, and closing deals related to software services, staffing, or project outsourcing. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services (staffing, custom development, support, etc.) Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partnerships. Understand client requirements and align them with company services and delivery capabilities. Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines to close profitable deals. Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and project initiation. Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Track market trends, competition, and client feedback to refine strategy. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Requirements: 11 to 20 years of experience in IT services/business development or IT sales. Strong experience in client acquisition, IT staffing, custom software solutions, or consulting. Excellent understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, Data Engineering, etc. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong network in the IT industry (especially across the US, UK, or domestic Indian market). Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc., is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Prior experience working in an IT consulting, software development, or product company. Compensation: Competitive base salary + Incentives / Commission Performance-based bonuses
