Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Web Development Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in full-stack development while contributing to meaningful cybersecurity solutions. Based on performance and strategic business alignment, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position.

As an intern, you'll work on building scalable web applications from concept to production, collaborating with senior developers and gaining real-world experience in the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development (80%)

·      Assist in designing and developing scalable web application architecture

·      Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks

·      Support development of robust back-end APIs and database systems

·      Learn and implement secure authentication and authorization systems

·      Participate in code reviews and maintain quality standards

·      Contribute to application performance optimization

Platform Architecture Support (20%)

·      Collaborate on technical architecture decisions and technology choices

·      Assist with database schema design for multi-user applications

·      Support third-party integrations (payment gateways, verification services)

·      Learn development workflows, deployment processes, and monitoring systems

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

·      Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript

·      Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design principles

·      Familiarity with at least one modern framework (React preferred)

·      Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub)

·      Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)

·      Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Educational Background:

·      Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field

·      Portfolio of personal projects demonstrating coding abilities

Frontend Development:

• Experience with React and Node.js
• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Vuex, or similar)
• Familiarity with UI/UX libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind CSS)

Backend Development:

• Experience with Node.js/Express.js, Python/Django, or PHP/Laravel
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth 2.0)
• Exposure to payment integration platforms

Infrastructure & DevOps:

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Interest in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
