We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Web Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems with modern tools like Node.js, TypeScript, MYSql, Web3, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Docker. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and blockchain engineers to deliver seamless, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Integrate backend systems with blockchain technologies using Web3.js or ethers.js, enabling interaction with smart contracts and Ethereum-compatible chains.
• Build and manage message-driven systems using RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka to support event-based architecture and distributed services.
• Dockerize backend services to streamline deployment and support scaling in containerized environments.
• Optimize code and backend architecture for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and blockchain teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and internal standards.
• Ensure robust security practices in API development and blockchain integrations to protect data and system integrity.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective long-term fixes.
• Participate actively in code reviews, agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• Solid experience with Web3.js or ethers.js for blockchain integration and smart contract interaction.
• Hands-on experience using RabbitMQ and/or Apache Kafka for managing message queues.
• Proficiency in using Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Experienced in building and integrating RESTful APIs for scalable applications.
• Skilled with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools and workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
