Web Developer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications across various company verticals (e.g., TOPROCK Interiors, CMIS, LOF, F&B, TRG, CMG).
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, and content creators to translate design mockups and requirements into functional web experiences.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
• Implement and manage website content, features, and functionality, including new landing pages and dynamic sections (e.g., News & Events, FAQs).
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Ensure website security, performance, and scalability, including optimization for speed and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our web development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience

  in full-stack, front-end, or back-end web development.

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies:

  HTML5, CSS3 (including pre-processors like Sass/Less), JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library:

  React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Solid understanding of back-end development:

• Proficiency in at least one server-side language/framework such as Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel/Symfony), or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress REST API, Strapi).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of the interior design, education, or hospitality industry sectors.
