We are looking for a skilled and creative Website Design & Development Executive with hands-on experience in PHP and WordPress. The ideal candidate should be capable of building high-performing, user-friendly websites that are secure, responsive, and tailored to client needs. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and custom PHP. Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements. Convert design mockups (Figma, PSD, XD) into fully functional websites. Build responsive and SEO-friendly websites with optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality, plugins, or performance. Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and security. Collaborate with the UI/UX, content, and SEO teams to ensure holistic development. Maintain clear documentation of development work and code. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web development with strong knowledge of PHP and WordPress. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Experience with MySQL database and version control systems like Git. Good understanding of web hosting, domain setup, and cPanel. Ability to develop custom WordPress themes and plugins. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Basic understanding of SEO best practices for websites. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in WooCommerce or eCommerce site development. Familiarity with REST APIs and AJAX. Knowledge of website performance optimization tools. Experience working in an agency or with multiple clients/projects.
