Job Description Reports to: Head - Legal, Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited. Your Role: Primary point for communication with the Board of Directors, senior management and the firm's shareholders. Plays a key role in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, rules thereunder and applicable secretarial standards, and in administration of critical corporate matters, including corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions and other related activities. You Will Be Responsible For: Managing company secretarial function for Asset Management Company and the Trustee Company. The Experience You Bring: Qualified Company Secretary with 10-12 year of experience in handling company secretarial matters independently Strong communication skills and ability to deal with senior management functionaries including independent directors of the company Knowledge of Mutual Fund and PMS regulations, FEMA and other allied laws will be an added advantage Strong team player with experience in working in a dynamic organization in a collaborative manner General Role Profile Accountable for performance and results of a Team Adapts Team plans and priorities to address resource and operational opportunities Provides subject matter guidance to Team, colleagues and/or clients Knowledge Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of own and related job families and applies functional/process knowledge to diverse issues Business Acumen Applies and integrates industry best practices to achieve of objectives Problem Solving Identifies and resolves moderately complex business problems Impact Impacts the level of service and the Team’s ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness of objectives Decisions are guided by Team policies, resource availability, budgets and the business plan Leadership Adapts plans and sets priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges Influence and Partnership Guides, influences, and persuades others internally and/or externally Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) No Workplace Model At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
