Job Summary: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to create seamless user interfaces and enhance the overall user experience across our web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities: Collaborate with UX designers to understand user needs, create user personas, and develop user journey maps. Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and validate user flows. Translate design concepts into clean, efficient, and responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Angular frameworks. Implement and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products, leveraging React.js and Angular design patterns. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine the user experience. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic and database systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies in React.js, Angular, and other modern frameworks, and advocate for best practices within the organization. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong front-end development skills with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies is a plus. 2-4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX development.
