UI/UX Designer & Developer Key Responsibilities Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for responsive web and mobile applications. Translate complex product requirements into elegant, user-friendly design solutions. Implement user interface components and layouts in React.js , ensuring visual accuracy and responsive behavior. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and refine design decisions. Maintain and evolve our design system and UI component library to ensure consistency and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and/or mobile design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Hands-on experience implementing UI with React.js (JSX, component structure, hooks, state management, etc.). Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices. Familiarity with CSS, CSS-in-JS (e.g., styled-components or Emotion), and front-end workflows. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
