Must have Skills: "• 4+ years of experience in QA in Salesforce-based projects

Contract Duration: 24 weeks

Location: Pune only

Mode: WFO

• Understanding of healthcare or patient support programs (preferred but not mandatory).

• Hands-on experience in:

o Manual testing of enterprise platforms or CRMs

o Writing detailed and reusable test cases

o Performing cross-browser and cross-device testing

o Validating API payloads (Postman experience is a plus)

• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Detailed JD: "• Assist in writing, maintaining, and executing test cases based on user stories

• Conduct manual functional testing of Salesforce Health Cloud modules. Some examples as follows:

o Patient profiles and account data flows

o Case intake and triage workflows

o Consent capture and revocation

o Outreach/call center flows

o Task and activity assignments

o Notifications workflows

• Validate integrations with external systems (e.g., data mastering tools, consent platforms, marketing systems).

• Log and track bugs using Jira

• Participate in daily standups, and defect triage calls

• Coordinate with business analysts and developers to understand user journeys and system behavior

• Support UAT planning and execution activities under QA lead guidance"
