Role & responsibilities

Opportunity Overview:

Full-time position, in-office, Hyderabad. This position will require the candidate to engage critical thinking skills, be intellectually curious, and demonstrate great attention to detail.  Requires excellent communications skills both written and oral. Must possess the ability to work with a diverse group of talent both in-person and globally. Orientation period of 90 days (about 3 months)

Required Qualitfications:

• Hands on experience of designing / customizing Test Automation Framework
• Experience with UI testing and API testing
• Experience of working with version control tools like Git, SVN, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps repo.
• Sound knowledge in Testing and SQL skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and debugging skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong desire to learn new technical skills and grow with latest technical trends.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify and document defects and issues in software applications. JIRA knowledge is a plus.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation testing tools and techniques.
• Be an advocate for testing practices and guide other team members on automation testing practices.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities and solutions.
• Working knowledge of Agile process and ceremonies
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities and processes.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience using and implementing CI / CD integration using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo
• Experience of working in Healthcare domain
• Knowledge of Data simulation, masking and generation
• Hands on in UFT Automation
• Designing and Execution of Automation test cases, Advanced programming skills
• Defect Management Process
• Familiar with Automation Framework and Processes
• Test Automation, Agile., Scrum Development, Selenium - main skills required
• Performance and load testing using tools like Jmeter
• Accessibility testing a plus (WAVE, Lighthouse)
• Jira, Confluence, Xray for SDLC management
