Designation : Technical Team Lead (Python and AI/ML) Experience Range : 5+ years What skills and experience are we looking for? Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python. 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI-based applications. Proficient in AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, OpenCV etc. Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment. Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Snowflake). Publications, open-source contributions, or Kaggle competition experience. Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models is a plus. What is the work? Lead and mentor a team of Python and AI/ML engineers. Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and end-to-end solutions. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project goals and technical specifications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. Architect backend systems using Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask). Review code, ensure best practices, and perform unit and integration testing. Monitor and improve model performance, reliability, and scalability in production. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems as appropriate. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
