Technical Support Executive in Gujarat (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software systems, APIs, and third-party plugins
• Manage backend infrastructure including server environments, databases, payment gateways, and deployment pipelines
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary patches or updates
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients via email, ticketing system, or remote access tools
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for internal records
• Set up and configure client-specific technical environments based on requirements
• Support integration of fintech plugins, APIs, and payment gateway systems
• Conduct regular system health checks and perform backups
• Ensure all systems meet security standards and follow best practices
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams where applicable
• Maintain technical documentation including setup guides, configuration checklists, and troubleshooting manuals
• Generate periodic reports on system uptime, issues resolved, and performance insights
  

Requirements

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or a related field
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Have basic knowledge of technical tools, systems, or programming
• Be willing to relocate to Dubai after 3 months of probation
• Be based in Gujarat, India during the probation period
