Job Description

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve critical issues.
Manage task allocation and track development activities via ADO.
Contribute to internal audits, training programs, and organizational initiatives.
Actively participate in requirement gathering and feasibility analysis.
Handle a team of 5+ members

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills:

ASP.NET 4.X+, .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, ADO.NET
SQL Server, MongoDB/Cosmos DB (preferred)
Azure services: App Services, Functions, Service Bus, BLOB Storage, Event Hub, AD B2C
JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 (plus)
DevOps & Agile methodologies
Git/Bitbucket, Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS
API tools: Postman, Swagger
Automation testing (Selenium), OWASP best practices

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated and proactive
Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
