As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of hands-on execution and strategic delivery to bring our product to life across dynamic enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery and deployment of our solution for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Customer Success—to drive successful implementations
• Engage directly with client IT teams to understand infrastructure, security, and integration needs
• Configure and deploy software across complex environments, ensuring rollout success and optimal performance
• Serve as the technical point of contact during onboarding, pilots, and go-lives
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation
• Support post-deployment monitoring, performance tuning, and ongoing optimization
• Share knowledge internally to help standardize best practices across deployment efforts

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, deployment engineering, or solution implementation in complex enterprise IT environments
• Hands-on experience deploying SaaS, cloud, or hybrid solutions at scale
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, APIs, security protocols, and system integrations
• Strong Python programming skills
• Proficiency with FastAPI or comparable frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django REST Framework)
• Skilled in working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience deploying and operating applications in Kubernetes environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable deployment workflows
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including client-facing interactions
• Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients is a strong advantage

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to enterprise accounts, resolving client issues and ensuring timely follow-through
• Act as a bridge between clients and the product team, sharing structured technical feedback from real-world deployments
• Participate in hands-on product testing to validate quality, performance, and enterprise readiness
