Educational Qualification BCom / MCom / CA Inter / MBA Finance NO: OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8 to 15 years COMPUTER SKILLS: Computer Proficiency, MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, etc. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Good communication skills, good subject knowledge, Positive attitude, Proactive, Team handling, analytical skills AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Managing operations, Team handling, Taking initiatives for process / system improvements, Knowledge of Accounting of TDS & GST. Processing of Employee Benefit claims, travel (domestic/international) claims, payment vouchers, Lease rent payment processing. Accounting & payment of claims. Handling Monthly, quarterly, annual accounts Closing activities including bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation. Ensuring quality processing & adherence to SLA/TAT Resolving HR/employee queries Coordination with HR& F&A department Support Helpdesk for critical queries of employees & HR System monitoring & driving automation/digitalization. Suggest process improvements Monthly MIS preparations Preparation of presentation for Monthly review meetings Coordination with Internal/External Audit team, responding to their queries & responding to the audit report Ensuring quality processing & adherence to SLA/TAT Good Process Knowledge, communication, leadership, and analytical skill. Lease Rent Agreement claim processing which included verification of vendor KYC, TDS knowledge, advance accounting knowledge. Handling queries and responding to HR, F&A and Admin team.
