Prime Responsibilities Ensure adherence to established contracts management procedures Review and analyse tender documents from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions, list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification and assessment) Prepare proposed risk mitigation plan from contractual point of view Analyse reasons for delays and disruptions, identify client related reasons and issue notification and change orders to the client in consultation with the Project Manager Support Project Manager in all contractual discussions with the client. Identify insurance requirements for the project, monitor renewal and closure of insurance policies Obtain validation on legal review from Legal function Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with client, seek commercial clarifications Support project team on contract administration throughout the project lifecycle (change orders, scope extensions) Provide inputs to Project Manager to prioritize change orders and build basis for negotiation with the client Provide inputs to enable procurement and formulate T&C for inclusion in agreements with subcontractors/ vendors Key Competencies Need to Have: Experience of drafting of Agreements/ Contract/ contractual letters Good working knowledge of Indirect Taxation Handled Insurance Claims Experience of Claims Management Nice to Have Be part of Risk Management Process. Work Description □ Preparation of a Master Schedule, establishing Project Baseline, continuous Supervision, Tracking and Monitoring of the project progress. □ Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative approaches to work. □ Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone. □ Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on Observation □ Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts, Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of Contractor and Material before the commencement of work through RFI Management □ Coordination with the Architect/Consultants to finalize Drawings/ Statutory Approvals based on Pre-Execution schedule. □ Drawings Scrutiny, Review of Bill of Quantities, Construction Area, Analysis Reports, etc. □ Formalizing Scope of Work.
