Team Lead- Fullstack

Role Overview

The Full Stack Tech Lead will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership acumen, and domain familiarity with BFSI systems and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of BFSI applications across front-end, back-end, and Middleware.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using microservices and containerization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to BFSI-specific security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce best practices in Agile environments.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (preferably AWS or Azure).
• Integrate APIs with financial systems, RTAs, and third-party services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead Role.
• Proven experience in BFSI domain projects

  (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, banking platforms).

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Familiarity with CMM Level 5 principles and compliance frameworks.
