Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysuru for a System Administrator. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring network and data security. Daily tasks involve monitoring system performance, installing and configuring software and hardware, managing user accounts, and maintaining backup and recovery policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum relevant experience of 4-5 Years
• System and Network Administration skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Information Technology and IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
• Good communication with leadership and problem-solving skills, CCNA/CCNP Certified professional preferably from IT/ITES background.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and managing a technical team.
• Experience in windows and Linux administration.
• knowledge of firewalls, switches & routers.
