Job Summary

team. This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of experience who is passionate about building strong brands and creating engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring our brand is consistently represented, our website is user-friendly, and our online communities are thriving. You will work closely with our team to execute brand and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Communication & Consistency:

  • Implement brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across our website, social media, and other digital platforms
  • Support efforts to maintain brand integrity in all communications

2. Digital User Experience (UX) Support:

  • Assist in optimizing user journeys and the overall experience on all our websites, and other digital assets
  • Contribute to identifying areas of website improvement to enhance user engagement and conversions

3. Content Coordination & Storytelling:

  • Support the team in developing engaging content ideas and narratives for various digital channels
  • Help coordinate the creation and delivery of diverse content formats, including articles, visuals, and multimedia

4. Social Media & Community Engagement:

  • Actively manage and engage with our online communities on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment, foster positive interactions, and help manage our online reputation

5. Campaign Support:

  • Contribute to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all campaign elements align with our brand goals

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience

    : Around 3 years in a marketing, branding, or digital communication role
  • Brand Knowledge

    : Foundational understanding of brand principles and consistent brand communication
  • Digital Acumen

    : Familiarity with website UX concepts and how digital platforms operate
  • Communication Skills

    : Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Social Media Savvy

    : Experience in managing social media accounts and engaging online communities

Basic Graphic Design & Visual Communication:

  • Ability to create visually engaging designs and support brand-aligned marketing materials using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with basic video editing to produce short, compelling content for digital and social media platforms

Team Player

(Bonus Points If You Have):

  • Basic understanding of UX best practices or tools
  • Experience in a B2B or technology services environment
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for websites
