How You Will Contribute Work on Packet Optical products those are mainly used in aggregation and access side in telecom network. Execute solution test plans to validate customer use-cases, also review system requirements & functional specifications and develop test plans. Involved in creation of test topologies and test setup for both manual and automation execution of test scenarios. Collaborate with a multi-functional team of designers, other QA IT team and release management team. Plan and build test environments for feature and solution level test execution, analyze test results, file defect reports & retest defect resolution. Develop and execute automation scripts using Automation Framework to validate supported features and find quality issues. Learn how optical transport equipment and associated test equipment function. The Must Haves Working towards completion of Bachelor’s, Master’s, degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge in Python Automation, Optical networking, and Data communication. Familiarity with fiber optical components and/or electronics lab equipment. Enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated problem solver who likes to multitask. A good communicator and a team player that revels in the challenge of solving technical issues. Team oriented, strong inter-personal skills with ability to collaborate across global multisite environment.
