The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance solutions using the SAP Commerce Cloud . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust e-commerce applications that meet business requirements and enhance customer experience. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Commerce, advising internal teams and stakeholders on platform capabilities and strategic enhancements. Oversee customization and extension of core Hybris modules (Catalog, Order Management, Customer, Checkout) with robust, reusable components. Design, develop, document and implement SAP Hybris solutions for B2B e-commerce platforms. Integrate Hybris with third-party systems such as payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and analytics tools. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Hybris applications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile development processes. Stay updated with the latest Hybris features, tools, and industry trends. Education Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 10+ years of experience. Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (preferably version 2211 or higher). Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Hybris Data Modeling, ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, WCMS and Backoffice customization. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Business Acumen: Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks. Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team.
