Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Quality Analyst who brings a deep understanding of automation testing and is excited by the latest trends in AI-powered test automation . You'll be part of a high-performing QA team that values innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and frameworks that feature generative AI, self-healing test scripts, codeless automation, visual testing , and more. Key Responsibilities ✅ Test Strategy & Execution Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks using AI-powered tools. Leverage generative AI to create, optimize, and manage test cases from user stories or design inputs. Perform functional, system, regression, integration, UI/UX, and API testing. Ensure high-quality releases through both manual and automated testing. 🧠 AI & Automation Focus Implement and work with tools like Testim, Applitools, Functionize, Mabl, TestRigor, LambdaTest, or Tricentis Tosca . Utilize self-healing and visual AI capabilities to reduce test flakiness and maintenance efforts. Generate predictive insights from test execution results to drive quality improvements. 🐞 Bug Tracking & Reporting Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar. Own the defect lifecycle and collaborate with developers to ensure swift resolution. 🛠️ CI/CD & Integration Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Contribute to test coverage metrics and performance dashboards. 🤝 Team Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams. Contribute to sprint planning and agile ceremonies with a quality-first mindset. What We’re Looking For Must-Have: 2+ years of experience in automation testing. Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC . Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar). Exposure to or interest in AI-enhanced testing tools . Strong skills in test case design, defect tracking, and exploratory testing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bonus: Experience in financial technology or derivatives markets. Familiarity with codeless automation platforms and natural language test case creation . Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field. Ready to Redefine Quality with AI?
