ATH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a “Canvas-to-Cloud” software company delivering ERP, Web SCADA, VPP, IoT and tailor-made business applications to mid-sized enterprises across Gujarat. To accelerate our growing Odoo practice, we are searching for a passionate Odoo Developer who has already spent at least one solid year customizing Odoo modules.

Key Responsibilities

Module Customization

   • Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo apps, reports, and integrations.

   • Refactor existing modules to meet evolving customer requirements while following Odoo best practices.

Technical Analysis

   • Participate in client requirement workshops and translate functional specs into technical tasks.

   • Draft technical documentation, data-flow diagrams, and deployment notes.

Bug Fixing & Optimization

   • Diagnose performance issues (Python, PostgreSQL, JS, XML) and deliver optimized solutions.

   • Maintain version control (Git) and follow CI/CD pipelines.

Quality Assurance

   • Write unit tests and conduct peer code reviews.

   • Support UAT sessions and handle post-deployment warranty support.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience

Technical Stack

   • Strong Python & PostgreSQL skills

   • Odoo MVC, ORM, XML views, QWeb reports

   • JavaScript (OWL / jQuery) and REST/JSON APIs
