We're seeking a seasoned professional to own and elevate our Study Abroad department—driving student success, revenue growth, and cross‑functional synergy.


Role Overview:

Senior Marketing Executive – Admissions & Outreach


Key Responsibilities:


1. Event Management & Campus Engagement

- Plan & execute school activations, open houses, info sessions, exhibitions, and workshops

- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, venue booking, and event promotion

- Represent the organization at education expos, career fairs, and counselor networking events


2. B2B & B2G Outreach

- Initiate and nurture B2B partnerships with schools, career counselors, and test-prep institutions

- Use targeted outreach to build pipelines, including school visits, cold outreach, and liaising with education stakeholders

- Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Meritto) to track leads and engagement metrics


3. Student-Centric Marketing

- Support lead generation via digital campaigns, brochures, banners, email newsletters, and social media content

- Craft targeted messaging for students and parents, aligning with seasonality and application calendars

- Coordinate with admissions to gather feedback and refine outreach strategies


4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

- Track KPIs: event attendance, lead conversion, campaign ROI, social reach, and cost per acquisition (CPA)

- Present insights to senior leadership to refine recruitment and marketing strategies


5. Travel & Field Work

Visit schools, conduct outreach sessions, and support events across Gurugram, NCR, and nearby regions as needed


Required Qualifications & Skills:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / PR / Communications / Business (or equivalent)

- 2–3 years in educational marketing, school outreach, B2B partnerships, or events management

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Meritto), Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and basic SEO/SEM

- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and copywriting for digital and print

- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities; adept at juggling multiple timelines

- A creative yet analytical mindset, with keen attention to detail

- Willingness to travel for school visits and external events
